A vehicle is not a building. Limited space, power budgets, weight distribution, vibration and road-legal compliance turn every mobile platform into an engineering problem. This is how we turn a requirement into a road-ready, certified vehicle — and why a serious build takes the time it does.
We map what actually has to move — your equipment or special devices, their size, power draw, weight and real-world use — to define the true requirement, not just a vehicle type.
We select the right base chassis and check road-legal feasibility for your country early — registration, certification, axle and weight limits — before any design work begins.
Structure, electrical redundancy, weight distribution and roll / axle-load safety, operator ergonomics and work flow, comfort systems, plus the mounting and wiring interfaces for your special equipment.
Detailed proposal and drawings, revisions, and a final compliance review, then contract. On signing and deposit, chassis and equipment procurement begin in parallel — OEM chassis are built to order, typically 45–60 days.
For a chassis we have built on before, we use our existing measured data to move faster. For an entirely new chassis we measure the actual unit on arrival — OEM drawings are often incomplete — then freeze fabrication drawings to real dimensions.
In-house fabrication of bodies, boxes and equipment-mating parts, followed by full vehicle conversion. As special equipment arrives we verify fit and adjust the structure where needed.
Functional testing, regulatory testing such as rain / sealing, a final compliance check, and handover — ready for shipment.
